Application Requirements

To ensure a smooth and fair approval process, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Verifiable income of at least 2.5–3x the monthly rent

Valid government-issued ID

Completed rental application for all occupants 18+

Favorable credit history and background screening

Positive rental history (no evictions or outstanding landlord debt)

Stable employment or consistent income source

Application Instructions

2. Submit the completed application to Admin@SagebrushPM.com along with required documents:

   • Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)

   • Copy of ID

3. Pay the application fee (instructions provided upon submission)

4. Our team will review your application and contact you within 24–48 hours
